"Staff helpful and welcoming. Good choice at breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries, bread and good hot food. Room booked on website (Expedia) no reflection on where I stayed. It was very small and boxy. Old and outdated furnishings abd decor. Wuite depressing. It was clean. "

"Really good location, 3 minutes walk from NCP Shiprow. Quick easy check in. My room was larger than I expected and quite comfortable. Only thing I’d comment on was that the mugs had some coffee stains on them, but it’s such a small thing."

A very good selection of items were available for the breakfast buffet. All the members of staff I met were very friendly. I will certainly stay here again."
