โWe just got back from a fun family trip to LA and had a great 2-night stay at Hotel Amarano Burbank. The location and property are fantastic! So close to the Burbank Airport and Universal Studios which made it a breeze to travel around. Grocery store and restaurants right across the street. The hotel had a great continental breakfast, gym, pool, and hot tub. Every staff member we encountered from the front desk to the restaurant, and housekeeping were friendly and helpful! We loved the Hotel...
โEverything was great, beautiful hotel, excellent room with walk-in shower, and refrigerator, and extremely comfortable beds, The only thing missing was a microwave, which we really could have used, especially after coming back from a nearby restaurant with leftovers. I still rate it 9 out of 10!โ
โWe love supporting family-owned boutique hotels this is a great find in Hollywood if you wanting a place to stay that has lots of character and you love the movies like we do this is a must stay we will be staying at this hotel a lot more frequently when we visit Hollywood and do our special movie Nights that we do on a consistent basis the owner is there you can tell he really cares about his hotel there's a great little bar named Lily's bar and a great Diner to have food you have everything...
โThe hotel provided free shuttle service to/from the burbank airport as well as transportation to Universal Studios, Warner Brothers Studios and down town Burbank. The hotel room was clean and provided a small refrigerator as well as a coffee maker with Starbucks coffee. There is a Starbucks restaurant a block away from the hotel as well as a donut shop.

"It was the worst stay ever. The receptionist didn't anything. She gave me the room key cards none of which worked. And she didn't give the breakfast vouchers either. She asked me for the hilton membership info to redeem the water free of charge. Finally I am charged now. I have very long term customer of Hilton but I have never ever been pissed up with Hilton. You must avoid the receptionist, and the hotel must fire her who has NEVER helped any of us.
Please let me know how to refund the water charge."
