"The staff upon arrival were excellent, it was the morning staff when checking out weren't very nice or caring. For the amount we pay a night, the Holiday Inn should comp water bottles, 2 bottle per day. I did use the washer and dryer, in this area, you need to have more then just one set of washer and dryer. Breakfast was excellent, parking was excellent as well as security. I wasn't award that I was a IHG member where I could have save more. "

"This location is wildly different from the other Hilton Garden Inn's in the vicinity, albeit just as expensive. There were limited walkable locations to eat & there was a guest on my floor screaming bloody murder/slamming doors all evening. I was afraid to leave my room. Luckily I stayed at the Scottsdale location for the majority of my trip - I only "slept" one night here due to a flight cancellation. In future, I would head back to Scottsdale before setting foot into this location again. The staff at the hotel were perfectly friendly - this was hopefully a one-off experience. "

"It was a lovely room and the only complaint I had was that I only saw a cleaning person 1 day to empty our trash cans. We had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper. The breakfast buffet was great! "

"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean and several basic safety and maintenance issues or impossible to ignore. There were uncovered electrical outlets sinks that didn’t drain properly and even the couch was broken the door to the room look like it had a damaged or compromise lock, which made the entire state stay feel unsafe. Staff were not available when needed, and the front office was locked. To make matters worse a homeless individual with staying in just a few free feet from our door and there was lots of movement all night long. This added to the overall feeling that the property was not secure or well managed. For the price and the expectation set, this experience fell far below acceptable standards I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made. (The homeless car is the one pictured with towels on the windows, right next to my room). I did not take a picture of the sinks. It draining."
