"Lovely clean room, smelt lovely & fresh, great FREE breakfast, continental & cooked, lots of choice, £ 15 for 24 hours, nice car park well lit. Location great for travelling by tram into the city centre, 5 mins walk from the hotel."

"Pros: The hotel screams out location, it can’t be a better location for stay to absorb Edinburgh. Staff is very helpful too. Cons: Breakfast variety is not great. Path to room, lifts are really confusing ( but I can’t fully blame them as they are trying to modernise a castle which might be tough) Temp works are on at multiple places which is little eyesore. Overall: good value ( I just stopped saying great for now)"
