“Lovely location, great staff. Feels like it needs some maintenance in places, bathroom and flooring in particular. Other Malmaisons feel plush and sumptuous but this one feels basic and utilitarian. Have a club deluxe double room. Very dark with terrible lighting. Bathroom sorely in need of upgrading or at the very least, some maintenance. Sky Sports in room a great feature.”

“깔끔하고 세련된 호텔. 방 상태가 청결하고 깨끗. 시간이 부족해서 스파와 수영장을 이용하지 못 해 아쉬움. 아쉬운 점은 호텔스 앱을 통해 같은 카드로 동시에 방 2개를 예약했는데 인접객실을 제공하지 않고 다른 층을 주려고 함. 사정해서 멀리 떨어진 같은 층 방을 받음. ”
