“Beautiful lodge, it had a home from home feel. It was cosy and comfortable with great space. We loved the hot tub. I would stay again and definitely recommend. The location was great, we drove but also great bus links. ”

“High Ridge is perfectly situated right in the middle of Ambleside. However, it really does need some TLC. There are damp patches on the walls , the bed linen is rather questionable, & the window blinds are just simply dreadful . They let light in, don’t work properly & are very tatty indeed. The furnishings are of poor quality & there are just far too many dreadful pictures on the walls. The kitchen & bathroom are good but the rest of the property needs a jolly good face lift .
