"When I booked a room a month ago, I have received a confirmation message via hotels.com message. But when I arrived at the hotel, the owner didn't know at all about my reservation and said bluntly "no room available, you can go to my mother's Inn". The other place was dirty and old one, of course I didn't want to stay there! But somehow they were not willing to refund, hence I had to call/message "help line". My time and taxi fare to get there wasted! Watch out this can be you next time! "

"My stay at the Wyndham Danang Golden Bay was absolutely fantastic, and a large part of that was thanks to the phenomenal service. The hotel itself is beautiful, with large, clean rooms and stunning views.

* Ms. Becky (Concierge): Ms. Becky went above and beyond to ensure our trip was smooth. She not only arranged transportation but also patiently helped us with practical tasks like installing a local SIM card, setting up the Grab app, and recommending various local attractions.
* Ms. Emma: Her translation assistance was invaluable for our travel needs, making our journey much easier.
* Ms. Tee: Her thoughtful and attentive service at the reception and during our meals was a true highlight of our stay.

"Wow!! I cannot stress how beautiful this holiday was. The staff were absolutely incredible, nothing was too much for them . They were helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. The villa was perfect. It was clean , comfortable and nothing hadn’t been thought of . The in room check in after a long journey was a perfect touch . Fresh fruit , tea. Coffee , fresh towels and toiletries were stocked up daily . On the last night we arrived back to a beautiful bath with petals and fresh fruit . All the small things matter to the staff here . "Absolutely amazing stay here. We had 17 of us. The staffs were friendly and professional. One of our member forgotten to close room safe. Housekeeping came, saw and had the office team came to monitor the room cleaning. There were two staff on site. They left a note and ensured the content were untouched.
Good selection for breakfast. A few fresh juices available at all times. A few live cooking station.
Location is excellent. Facing the Han River. Nice view of the bridge too. Nice way of going to bed and waking up to such view.

"This has always been a go to resort for me when visiting Danang. The resort is beautiful, clean and the service is great. You get access to your own private beach which has beautiful sunrise and sunset views. We stayed in the executive suite that was very spacious and loved waking up to the sunrise every morning. The food was also amazing which is hard to find when you're staying in a resort. Will be back as always."
