โThe staff was very kind and helpful. Trevor was extremely helpful with check-in and anything else we needed! He was truly the goat. The room itself was clean and very nice. The only complaint I had is we were staying in a two bed room and one bed was insanely squeaky. Everytime they moved at night we were waking up. But our bed made no noise at all. Its crazy how much noise it made.
Other than that, amazing stay. Will be staying again if I come to Santa Cruz for another over night. โ
โSehr freundlicher Empfang, morgens gibt es Tee und Kaffee an der Rezeption:) Sauberkeit war gut, bis auf den Boden, der hat wohl lรคnger kein Wasser gesehen. Die weiรen Socken waren nach kurzer Zeit schwarz. die Unterkunft liegt fuรlรคufig zum Walmart und Denny's.โ
โDid not use continental breakfast, but all other amenities were great and convenient, especially the laundry. Both of the two queen beds were great. Very large television in the room which was great for watching movies, plus the television offered access for external streaming (ex. Bluetooth connection to it). No complaints.โ
โEverything was amazing!! We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back! Staff was friendly, room was clean, and the pool was awesome! I was not told about parking the first night, but was able to pay with a QR code in the parking lot. โ
