โMy family arrived early and were quite anxious, but the quick check-in process alleviated our concerns and left us extremely satisfied. Furthermore, all the staff members were exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was impeccably clean. Overall, we were highly pleased with our experience.โ
โWe were directly across the street from the Willis Tower and the Big Bus pick up location, which was great. There is the train station that is like one block away that can be a little loud, but overall a pretty quiet place. Front desk staff was super helpful and friendly and the rooftop bar was awesome as well. Walkable to the riverwalk but a pretty decent drive/rideshare to the convention center. โ
"The room was more spacious than expected, and it had a refrigerator, which was very convenient. The hotel is located close to major tourist attractions and the McCormick Place convention center, making it an ideal base for both sightseeing and attending events. There are grocery stores nearby, and public transportation such as the subway and buses are easily accessible. It took less than 30 minutes to get to the airport by Uber. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."
"i checked in at 11pm and try to shower at midnight and there was wet towel which previous guest used. I didnt want to touch it so call them to take it away I called three times and didnt show up until 2AM.
Also, the carpet is too old and it is sticky when my feet press the carpet... nasty... "
