“Very disappointed in our overall trip. The bathroom in the room was dirty. The slides were being run by minimal staff members making the wait times very long. We waited an hour to ride the diamondback drop. Very disappointing when it is fall break and you know people will be taking trips. Plus we have a child with special needs that loves the water but waiting in a loud, crowded line is triggering, especially for a child with special needs. Many cars parked in the loading/unloading zone ALL...

“Needs to be updated badly. The carpet is old in the hallways. The carpet in the room was bad. The furniture was scratched up. The refrigerator was old. The closet was broke. The sliding door in the bathroom was ugly. The tub had flakes peeling off. Not a good experience. That’s why we lasted one night.”

“Everything was perfect. Great friendly checkin. When it was time to check out, that’s the issue I had. It was 9:48 am. The cleaning lady knocked on my door. I told her I needed more time. She glared at me and said to me rudely, “how much time ?” I told her 10 minutes. Such a terrible attitude.”

“직원들이 친절하고 조식도 맛있었습니다.”

“Amazing 10n out of 10 Cant wait to go back.”

“Well maintained property and attentive staff. The fitness center and pool areas were nice. The property is in close proximity to several eating establishments”

“Great place to stay!”

“For the most part the hotel was nice. My only complaint was that our room had a stale odor which was a bit off putting. Room seemed clean, linens were fresh. Would stay there again if the need arises.”

“We were patients at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix. The hotel at the hospital was 4x the cost of this place. We had two double beds (very comfortable), microwave, refrigerator, table/chairs, full bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Five miles from hospital without a problem. We will definitely be staying there when needed.”

“If you are looking for quality on a limited budget, this hotel is the ideal choice. Although the rooms are small, they are notable for their comfort and functionality. I highly recommend it, as the location is unbeatable—just a few steps from the Fashion Square Mall.”

“Everything was great. The only thing I thought that was wrong - Parking Having to pay for parking was not something I have ever done at a hotel. $35 +/- for 3 days was not breaking the bank but did seam silly”
