โIt was located in a very quiet and peaceful area by lake. I could relax for a couple of days enjoyng tranquility. Also staffs are quite helpful. I will recommend this hotel to many of my friends. Thanks!!!โ
โWe booked this hotel for one night between our flight arrival and cruise departure. Our flight ended up being moved and we got in much earlier in the day than planned and the lady at the desk was amazing and got us checked into a room hours early. It was absolutely amazing! The room was clean, staff friendly, hotel and amenities nice. We enjoyed the roof top pool. And they had a third party travel group desk in the lobby where people were available in the morning and evening but also by QR code...

There is nothing more I need other than the desire to stay one more day!! They made me feel comfortable by checking to see if I needed anything through messages. We are extremely grateful to Janna, Fernando, and Domenica for their attentive care and assistance. Also, the housekeeper cleaned the room so perfectly that I liked it. Next time I come to Miami, I definitely want to stay at this hotel."
"Something crawled on the bed and bit me, I think it was a tick so I complained, they said they would refund my money and I checked out a few hours after I checked in. But they still haven't refunded my money so I'm waiting until now to write this review."
