“The only thing I didn't like was that the hallway leading to the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and my room had that smell too; this is harmful to me as I am allergic to tobacco smoke, which is why I had specifically requested a non-smoking room on a smoke-free floor. Also, the shower control and showerhead need replacing, as the control doesn't shut off properly when trying to use the shower instead of the bathtub faucet. Otherwise, everything was fine...”
