“Très bien située, la vue est magnifique et très propre”

“Lilium Valley in Ollantaytambo was perfect for us. Communication with the hosts was excellent during booking and they answered all of our queries. A bonus was off-road parking for our rental car. The hosts were welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. They offered us an early breakfast due to our early start onto the Inca Trail. The accommodation is only a short walk to the main square but was very quiet. We would definitely recommend Lilium Valley.”

“Das Hotel liegt super zentral und bietet einiges an Komfort. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit warmen Decken ausgestattet. Das Bad hat schön heißes Wasser. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und wird speziell für einen auf Wunsch zubereitet. Einen Stern Abzug weil die Fenster verzogen sind und sich dadurch nicht komplett schließen lassen. Dadurch war es insbesondere nachts sehr laut.”

“Perfect place to relax prior to visiting Machu Picchu or any excursion. Everything we needed was provided. They even arranged car service from Cusco. The location is prefect! I really loved hearing the river outside our room. Shops, restaurants and the train station is within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here. 5 stars!!!”

“In the small town, hotel is found in an alley. There is a stone walkway up but sometimes the receptionist is in and out of the office, so just give it a minute before they show up again. did not get to try the breakfast, but it was complementary disappointed that I didn’t. Walls are paper thin but room is clean and the train is a 10 minute walk down the street along with everything else. Very great location.”

“Be prepare if not speak Spanish. Hotel all staff is no speak English not one word but they are trying to understand you just smiling if you ask anything they don't have no idea. Also it's very small hotel bed is not comfortable at all showers anything don't expect anything over there .we was very much tired I don't have not much choice just stayed. Bc I can't communicate if you trying to communicate with them just waste your time better go to sleep.”

“I think this is a typical hotel in this community. You get what you pay for. It felt a little bit like camping with the lack of amenities and cold water, but it’s all apart of the experience. The staff was nice. We saw the same fellow everyday I don’t think he had time off.”

“Super cool bed and breakfast! The staff was awesome and incredibly attentive to us. Be prepared to climb some serious flights of stairs but it is worth it for the views of the rooms buried in the jungle on the side of a mountain!”

“You cannot get more central in terms of location. Right at the end of the street from the train station and only a couple of blocks from the main plaza and the key archeological sites. The balcony rooms overlook the river and the rooms are very spacious. The included breakfast makes for an easy start to your day. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Sol Ollantay.”

“This place is an absolute gem. The room was huge for a solo traveler. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and breakfast every morning was simple but plentiful. Ingrid is an incredible host who was so helpful. Staying a bit off of the main square was great—a short (5 minute) walk to the plaza but far enough away from all the crowds. Cannot say enough about this place and can’t wait to return.”
