The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early which was very appreciated and organised a taxi in under a minute for our transfer to the ferry. Honestly the only thing I had a problem with is that the lifts are very small and bit slow/temperamental. Ended up taking the stairs once because I waited so long to get down for breakfast which has a small but adequate variety"
