Meanwhile I called the property but no body answer. I ring the bell many times but no answer at all. So It was very late, me and my daughter were very tired and I had to reserve another hotel via Expedia and call a taxi to go there. So I want my money back. "

"Great breakfast options. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. We arrived just a couple of minutes before the lobby closed for the night (10:30pm) but the staff did not rush us through the check-in process. They expalined everything we needed to know, room access, breakfast, etc. and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the metro, restaurants and the staff was pleasant. We did not, but should have asked the staff how to connect the phone in the room. Not a big deal for us. I would recommend it, if budget is a consideration. It’s not one of the high priced hotels downtown but clean."

"Overall it was a very good place to stay for the price point in Rome. It’s close to the train (only about a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini Station) and is about a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum, 40 minutes to the Trevi Fountain/Pantheon, and just over an hour to Vatican City. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. A minor thing is that the bed is incredibly firm (this is also a preference thing of course) and some sound can be heard with being in such close proximity to...
