"The hotel was in an excellent location that made it easy to get to via the Metro and also easy to walk to many of the sights around. Many other aspects of the room and facilities were excellent. The 2 things preventing this being a 5 star review were the breakfast which was good but without a huge choice and was not replenished as much as we would expect, and the layout of the suite which was quite cramped with too few lights and sockets and a bizarrely placed tv."

"First of all the location is perfect! Close to all the main attractions, metro and bus stations! The staff was kind and helpful, the room was impeccably cleaned every day, the view was amazing!! Breakfast was good but almost the same every day, some changes would be nice. One negative element though.. We were a couple and out 11 year old daughter and there was only one bed and it was not even king. It was barely comfortable but we managed..."

"The room was lovely and the staff were all super helpful. My one issue was that the amenities for the hotel were not really available for guests or needed additional fees. This included the gym, the spa and the outdoor pool."

"So glad (no pun intended) I stayed at this hotel for my first trip to Seoul. The hotel was very well designed, spotless, and super convenient since it’s on top of a very well connected subway hub. You can get almost anywhere and 20 minutes. Also, there are great restaurants in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. Highly recommended!"

"We really liked the property overall. The rooms were nice, the staff were helpful, and they kindly let us check in early when we arrived two hours ahead of time. The location was great, with easy access to the station. The only downside was the swimming pool - it was very small and crowded, so we didn’t really enjoy using it."
