“Smoking room booked, room in horrible condition. From deep Holes in the walls, to bed, bathtub and carpets covered in burn holes. Windows not functioning. Breakfast a joke. Public Ice machine empty. Right next to noisy highway. ”

“I liked that the hotel was clean but I was disappointed that there was no one at the counter. You had to ring a bell for someone to help you. The food choices for breakfast was disappointing. The pool area was really dark. They could use more lighting.”

“My only struggle was that there were 2 floors of kids that were there for homeschool basketball and they do this annually. Maybe let people know this information before they book. They were loud, slamming doors, doing cheers in the hallway at 11pm and later. I'm an extremelyught sleeper and even with our fan for static noise, they were loud. It would have been nice to have the option of not staying there on the same floors as them. ”

“The hotel room was clean and bed was comfy. It did have window a/c and heat. I didn't notice noise. The hot tub wasn't hot - just barely warm. Staff was nice. Breakfast was as expected. For price it was very good.”

“This property was filthy. The room smelled, the bathroom was nasty, the floor was sticky in places and dirt pushed up in corners. Apparently they have a bug problem since we were asked to move out early so they could spray. At night we could hear mice scratching in the wall. The sheets were paper thin as were the towels. Breakfast was microwaved crap. The front desk was no help and blew off any complaints.DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! ”

“Parking was plentiful right outside front door. Hotel is on Commercial St in Springfield,Mo. Commercial St seemed to have a many dining options along with a plethora of coffee houses. Unfortunately I stayed at hotel on a Monday and Tuesday night most of the businesses on Commercial St are open Tuesday-Sunday so there are not a lot of options on a Monday evening The actual room I stayed in was quite large with tall ceilings and (2) skylights and was very comfortable. “No refrigerator or coffee in room. Coffee is premade in the lobby. Twice the pot was empty. The breakfast I paid for was raw. Toilet was broke all wkend. My mom had to clean the drain in our sink because it would back up constantly. We took pics for proof. Id never spend my money there again. Way over priced for a dirty place with nothing to offer. Charged me $29 for a drink. Gotta pay for parking. My brother's room was dirty and used when they checked in They actually sent him up to a dirty...

“I planned a family vacation with my two adult kids and my three granddaughters, booked two rooms. When we arrived we were assigned rooms on separate floors. One room was on the first floor and one on the fourth floor. I booked a family vacation and of every place we went you were the only business to separate us. I wanted to enjoy my family and your establishment ruined our stay. I'm 64 and don't have the ability to move between floors like an young person. I was very disappointed. ”
