"It is an unstaffed self checkin hostel. That is not the problem. The problem is that they give the same code to a ton of the rooms so someone came to check in to the room next to mine but unlocked MY ROOM. So the code next door and to my room was the same and it worked so now this random man knew he could get into my room. It is NOT secure or safe. Also they say you can check in with a person between 4-8 but that is not true. Did not feel safe in my room after knowing someone else could use...

"A great little hidden gem in this area - we stayed here as a stopover to our next location. Room was clean and super cozy. Staff was very nice and helpful with us settling in. "A really lovely stay at a Japanese guesthouse run by a very sweet old couple. The house is in immaculate condition with charming touches everywhere.
