"객실에 전자레인지, 인덕션, 냉장고, 정수기, 온수 포트, 비데, 세탁기, 에어컨, 공기청정기 등 생활 가전제품이 모두 있어서 좋았습니다. 그런데 가전제품이 파라소니 제품인데 사용법을 몰라서 사용방법 알아내는데 힘들었습니다. 외국인을 위해서 사용방법을 비치해놓으면 좋겠습니다. 현관 도어락이 잘 안눌러져서 처음 도착했을때 들어가질 못해서 멘탈이 터졌는데, 호텔 관계자와 연락도 되지 않아 불편함이 있었습니다. 주방 쪽 바닥 보일러만 켜면 차단기가 내려가는데, 호텔 측에서 사전에 알려주지 않아서 히터가 문제인줄 알고 추운 겨울에 히터를 최소한으로 켜고 춥게 지냈습니다. 둘째날 부터는 보일러가 문제라는 걸 알게 되어 히터 빵빵하게 틀고 잘 지냈습니다. 객실에 온천탕은 있는다는 사실은 모르고 갔는데, 온천수가 나오는 개인 탕이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 주차장 높이가 2700mm라서 SUV, 승합차는 들어갈수 없습니다. 모르고 가족여행이다 보니 승합차를 가지고 갔는데 집에 주차를 못해서 길가에...

"広々としていて、素敵な部屋だった。地上波以外にも、Netflix・YouTube等のテレビも見れた。各部屋にテレビが付いていて子ども同士でチャンネルの取り合いにならずに済んだ。温泉にも入れて、ピアノや庭もあり、食器類も自由に使えてのんびりできた。食事も近くにドラッグストアやスーパーがあって便利も良かった。洗濯洗剤も付いていて洗濯できて良かった。次も来たいと思いました。ただ、お風呂場の洗面所の電気が付かなくて残念でした… 子ども用の歯ブラシだったり、身体を洗うボディースポンジ(タオル)、キッチンにトースターとかがあるともっと嬉しいなと思いました。"

"The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family of three. The two bedrooms, each with two single beds, provided more than enough space for two adults and one child. "露天風呂は開放感があって良い。しかし、22時までしか入れないから長く楽しめない。室内に入ると臭い（温泉の匂いではない）エアコンの暖房が効かない備え付けの食器、調理器具が衛生的とは思えない。敷布団が薄いし変な分かれ方しているので寝にくい。総合的に鑑み、料金が高いと感じた。唯一良い点はアフリカンサファリと地獄めぐりが近い事。"

"self online check in was very simple and efficient. the house was spectacularly clean and in a very quiet area; perfect for a weekend getaway however, the hotspring was not available and the sauna was only until 22:00 there was no curtains so the rooms were all bright when the sun started rising. kitchen was fully equipped. we were a family of 6; 4 adults and 2kids. but none of the equipments were for 6ppl; we found 5 pairs of slippers and 5 toothbrush only. "

If you want to stay in a spacious, clean, well maintained room with your own onsen overlooking the ocean, Amane Resort is your top choice. If I return to Beepu, I know where to stay. PS the included breakfast is icing on the cake; it was delicious & full of options"

"It was a scenic walk from the lake to the property, we enjoyed it although it was drizzling. The room was nice and comfortable to accommodate 5 of us. We didn’t realize that there was no attached shower room when we booked so was a little shocked when we realized that upon check-in. If you intend to go to the onsen (which you should really go - there are 2 private ones and a big public one), then there’s no big issue with that. The dinner experience was also great, it was an extensive spread and immediately after dinner, there was free drinks at the front desk area. I would love to stay one more night so we could thoroughly enjoy the facilities and the beautiful surroundings!"

"My mom got her own room And it smelled okay but the room i got was very musty and there was mold on the drapes and the toilet was very stinky amd there was a sticky goo on the seat that made your butt stick to the toilet. The laundry area was unbearably smelly and made my eyes burnnn other than that was all good"

"The property is set in a perfect location of Yufuin, only a few minutes walk to the main streets/ Yufuin Floral village. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, and the property is charming and traditional. The private onsen was a nice touch! The only downside to the hotel is that it’s a little dated and the walls are paper thin. I would recommend ear plugs if a light sleeper! Also, we did not realise that everything in Yufuin closes at 5pm - only 3 restaurants were open in the whole town and one of them was fully booked up so there’s really not much choice. We decided to not book half board as we wanted to try different foods but very nearly got caught out as did not realise everywhere shut…. Just something for travellers to be aware of…"

"My stay at Onyado Nono Beppu was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the level of hospitality and the flawless attention to detail. The Onsen selection was simply amazing. The variety and quality of the baths made for an incredibly relaxing and authentic experience. It’s the perfect place to unwind. They truly haven't forgotten a single thing. Every minor detail, from the amenities to the layout and comfort of the hotel, has been thoughtfully curated to make guests feel at home. It's super convenient to the train station and main bus bus Terminal and brilliantly situated for restaurants and entertainment, that made it incredibly easy to explore the area. Every single staff member I encountered was amazing—professional, warm, and endlessly helpful. If you are coming to Beppu, do yourself a favor and stay here. I couldn't recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to come back!"

"If you don't have a car and don't like walking up a hill or for 20 minutes to the nearest station, this is not for you. But if you can get past that, this place is gorgeous! We were on the sixth floor with a view of the mountains in a Japanese style room. Tatami mats, futon, floor chairs. The bathroom had the bidet but a regular shower bath combo. A little moldy from the lack of circulation and it smelled like urine the whole time even after cleaning. Gorgeous view7PMs of the ocean and mountains. We saw Hawks and other birds on the daily. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were complimentary. Great selection of food and drinks alcohol included. We also got access to the lounge for refreshments and drinks in between. Basement had coin laundry and onsen third floor had games and a reading area for Manga. Very enjoyable stay but again the hill was killer. The station was 20 minutes away or with a kid that doesn't want to sit in his stroller 30 lol. Very helpful staff. Only downside was the store staff helping with the luggage didn't speak English and she made us fill out the paperwork ourselves when the last 2 hotels did it for us."
