“Good”

“Great”

“Our harbor view balcony room was fantastic. Our room had one small waste basket, no glasses, a broken balcony chair, expensive snack shop. The shuttle to the cruise ship worked great but was charged more than stated, the water taxi is right outside and fun. I ordered dinner and a tip was put on without my permission”

“I have stayed there a couple of timed this year. This time was not the best, the room was small, very disappointing. Thought I booked a deluxe ocean view, seemed more like a standard partial ocean view. The front desk was no help with that. They just keep saying it was an expedia room. Funny I booked that same deluxe room twice and got exactly what I booked.”
