"Fantastic location - close to Sapporo station, Stellar Place and walking distance to other locations. There is also a 7 Eleven attached. The rooms were new and beautifully styled. Fantastic housekeeping and friendly reception staff. 10/10"

"Excellent central location in the heart of susukino, connected to the Sapporo underground walkways. Friendly staff and nice lounge bar. Breakfast was reasonable. If you get a good deal book one of the corner rooms - they have a great view and good value / size for Japan."

"Hotel is modern & new. Rooms are tight but adequate. Bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is good. Staff are welcoming & accommodating. Parking is the only turn off with very limited lots. Partner parking is inconvenient & expensive. Driving there is Not Recommended."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. However we didn’t add on breakfast during our stay. The real highlight of the hotel was the onsen, it was clean, calm and well designed. It had a dry which very hot. It was great to finish with a cold plunge. There was an indoor and open air sauna, and a shower with a strong stream of water for shoulders and back. Afterward you could use the hairdryers and other products to get ready. The rooms were clean and we liked the nice big windows. As well at the little sitting place. It was the perfect spot to have a coffee or tea in the morning. However there wasn’t much space to hang or store clothing."

"Wonderful and clean hotel with old-world charm. The location was convenient to Odori Park, Nijo Market, the tour bus pickup point and it was located in a quiet neighborhood. The only confusion was the pick-up location at the hotel. What we thought was the front of the hotel was actually the side of the hotel so a photo sent by our driver helped."

"The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of fresh Japanese and Western dishes and beverages. Outstanding! The public bathing area was beautiful and well-equipped. The hotel itself is clean and conveniently located to the shopping district and the train/bus station."
