“I highly recommend staying here. The location was perfect as a tourist staying close to the main sights in the Gion area of Kyoto. I was able to see Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka with very few people around without getting up too early. The hotel itself was beautiful and comfortable, despite the smaller size. I was worried about it being too small for three American adults, but we all fit comfortably and made it work for our stay there. It’s a great combination of old and new; it looks and feels like...

“The property is pretty nice like the two floors. Really enjoyed the place. ”

“The rooms were very clean and was easy to communicate with the owner. The location makes it easy to get to places by walking. Lots of food spots around the area.”

“Great way to do Kyoto with your own place, all beautifully presented and leaves you wanting for nothing, especially handy to have your own washer and dryer if you are in the middle of your trip. Easy check in and quiet location”
