“Excellent experience all around. Would sincerely recommend”

“Karima was the perfect host and we were treated so well each day. The kids loved every moment. It was perfect for our family and the location is great too. We had an early morning pick up back to the airport (2:45am!) and the night staff made sure we were packed and had a little treat to go so we wouldn't be struggling before shops opened. Every detail was so thoughtful by everyone there - thank you all!”

“Clean, good location, very nice and friendly staff.”

“It’s a very charming place with terrific amenities. The restaurant is fantastic. All the food is very good & has different musicians every day. The property is very peaceful & pretty. A little old in the rooms. Could use better mattress & a bit of updates on furniture. But it’s a great place to be. A bit far from Medina, but you can hear the birds signing, so it’s very quiet & serene.”

“The place is ok. Staff is very helpful and polite. Super fast check in. Pillows are very uncomfortable and my room door was damaged so very hard to open and close the entrance door. The highlight is the people but I think is a little overpriced for the level of the hotel and the location.”

“Very nice!”

“The main building of the property, the gardens and the restaurants are all very well maintained. It feels like an oasis in the desert. The room we stayed in was a Ksar and the layout is well suited to a family. The quality of food and beverages were certainly up to standard. We tried two of the restaurants and they were both very good in terms of quality. The gym and spa were great. The areas that require attention: The service. We just found this to be very mixed. Sometimes it was attentive,...

“Lovely place to stay, the hotel is very clean and well kept, the gardens are a fab place to sit in the sun , 2 pools , gym , lots of things going on , while we were there these included: shuffleboard, padel , aqua aerobics, belly dancing show and more .no kids keeps the hotel more relaxed and quiet !. Food is superb, buffet style and you really don't lack for choice. All the staff are so friendly too, always willing to help. Location is great , you can walk to the souk , and the mosque, shops...

“Le personnel a l’écoute professional, très aimable”

“The Appart Hotel was spotless. The front desk was staffed every time I went downstairs. It was super convenient to where I was staying. It wasn't a luxury hotel, but it was a tremendous value. I feel like a got a lot more than I paid for. I only have three complaints. - Its location on a busy street makes it noisy at night. - The apart hotel uses a lot of motion sensor lights, so the corridors are often dark at night. - I couldn't find a remote for the air conditioner in the bedroom. Other...
