"The concierge team here are the most friendly people. A special shout out to Vijay 😀. The local bus routes were a great service in addition to the tube stations which were only 10 mins walk away. "

"Staked in a lower ground room (no. 8) which was beside the lift but we didn't hear any noise from it. The room itself was a decent size for the price, well lit and clean. Staff were all friendly and interested - every one of them asked about our day and if the room was OK. There was some low level noise from above - we were directly beneath the reception and could hear footfall. This didn't disturb our sleep and by 10pm there was very little noticeable noise. The wifi worked well, plenty of tea / coffee sachets. Great location. Overall a superb hotel for the price which exceeded our expectations and was way better than some of the recent reviews suggested it was going to be. "
