The hotel was clean, very accessible to shops and restaurants. It was a bit loud near my room but my parents room wasn't. The breakfast was excellent. It was a good stay for the price. Very pleased.

Está ubicado a 4 cuadras del ADO y los ferry en plena quinta avenida.. pero en esa cuadra no hay boliches y confiterías con música fuerte.. se puede dormir bien El desayuno bastante completo Buena relación precio calidad

PÉSIMO HOTEL...!!!

Pésimo hotel, pésimo servicio, no tenían mi reservación, me dieron un cuarto que no servía la TV (cuando page por este servicio) pedí cambio de habitación o cancelación y me ignoraron, que iban a ver y me avisaban y al final el de administración se fue y solo dejo al que cuida que se me puso grosero de hazle como puedas... Las instalaciones descuidadas, las almohadas y sábanas manchadas de viejas y otras cosas más; el ruido de los bares y antros de junto se escucha todo y no deja dormir. La ubicación es lo único bueno, pero por el precio y el mal servicio conviene más otros hoteles qué hay en la misma ubicación y por el mismo precio. NO VAYAN A ESTE HOTEL...!!!!

Ubicado en la quinta avenida, cerca de todo, habitación limpia y todo funcionaba bien, por la ubicación se escucha la música de los bares, en mi caso, no tuve problema para dormir, el desayuno es tipo buffet bastante bueno y completo.

El hotel está en una excelente zona, cerca de restaurantes, bares y áreas comerciales, sin embargo las condiciones del hotel son un poco descuidadas, le falta algo de mantenimiento, además de que no tiene acceso a estacionamiento.

Hotel basico con excelente ubicación

Tiene una ubicación excelente, en el corazon de la 5a avenida, pero definitivamente lo mejor es que con todo y esto, una vez dentro el ruido de la fiesta y ambiente casi no se escucha o solamente poco mas que un ruido a lo lejos por lo cual no hay problemas para dormir. El personal del hotel se muy amable y los chicos de la cocina para el desayuno se esmeran para complacerte. Si buscas un hotel con lujos, este no es el lugar, pero si lo que buscas es un hotel donde relajarte después de un agitado día de excursiones o una noche de fiesta, que sea seguro y comodo, el Maya Bric es una excelente opción.

Excelente ubicación.

referente a precio - ubicación es excelente esta en plena 5ta avenida y cerca de toooodo, me encanto en ese aspecto, referente a la habitación (la 04) el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el baño hacia un ruido como de agua corriendo cada 10 minutos solo eso me desagrado de la habitación, la alberca estaba muy fría, el buffet de desayuno algo pobre la verdad, algo diferente de las fotos pero suficiente para comenzar el día. En general muy buen hotel, y si me hospedaría nuevamente pues como dije al estar en la 5ta avenida la cual amo yo encantada :D

Beware of this hotel!

Prepaid a room from Saturday to Sunday but was going to check in on Sunday morning around 630am and checkout that same day at checkout time. Had my booking agency call the hotel and let them know I was checking in around 630am so to expect me then. They confirmed with Alex at the front desk. When I arrived at the hotel at 645am I had to wait 15 minutes because there was not receptionist until 7am. Alex arrived at 7am and after looking in the computer he tells me that they are sold out. I asked him how can they be sold out when I have a confirm prepaid reservation and they called the day before and told him I would checkin around 630am. He had no answer and just kept saying they were sold out. I asked for the manager and he told me he was not available till Monday. I told him to call his manager and he refused. Because of Alex I had to have my booking agent arrange another hotel room which took till 10am. Needless to say after 24 hours of flying I had to deal with this till 10am which is finally when I checked in to another hotel! Will never book this hotel again!

AWFUL. hotel rooms are next to pounding nightclub

Good people but hotel next to a pounding nightclub that went on until 3 in the morning EVERY single night. AWFUL. Moved rooms only after aggressively insisting but that did not help. Hotel room walls so thin you can hear coughs on the other side. No sleep for 5 days.

Excelente Hotel - ¡Excelente desayuno y trato!

El hotel cumplió con lo prometido, salvo que al llegar me dieron una habitación por error que no tenía frigobar, al instante me la cambiaron por otra que sí tenía pero no tenía vista a la piscina, de todas formas, ello no me interesaba. Lo mejor fue el desayuno, los dos muchachos que lo atienden, muy macanudos, todo muy rico. Atendían de forma muy respetuosa y mantuvimos varias charlas con ellos sobre lugares que visitar y recomendaciones! Muchas gracias! La limpieza de las habitaciones muy buena. En la recepción, el trato muy bueno. Lo único a mejorar, los baños están integrados a la habitación y sería mejor una puerta hasta arriba para tener mayor intimidad. Se recomienda 100%. Iría nuevamente! ¡Gracias a todos los integrantes de Maya Bric!

This was the 4th time I stayed here over the past few years. But never before was the music from the bar across the street so bad. It was loud and horrible every night but worse on Saturday night. The music went on until 6 am.

Excelente Desayuno ,Muy buena Limpieza

Buen dia, estuve hospedada con mi familia del 9 de nov al 13 del mismo mes, nos parecio comodo, con buen aire y buena ilumininacion, el desayuno es delicioso, todos los dias cambiaron nuestras toallas y ordenaban el cuarto, los empleados siempre con una sonrisa demasiado amables. Solo Por mejorar el lavamanos ya que no se iba el agua completamente. Gracias y Saludos

Wonderful location but

I booked junior suite room with refrigerator and pool view. They gave me room with no refrigerator at first. I complained about it and got another room with refrigerator but it was not pool view. Real problem got started at night. I felt bad drain smell from shower room. Next day they promised me to fix the problem but nothing was changed when I returned to hotel at night after excursion to Chichen Iza. What a bad experience all time ever.

Lo unico a destacar es la ubicacion del lugar, despues de reservar y pagar revise opiniones acerca del lugar, y coincido... Personal no muy interesado en la satisfaccion del cliente Habitaciones que guardan la humedad Toallas viejitas Sabanas que huelen a guardado Cortinas translucidas, literal quite una manta y la puse en la ventana Obvio sin estacionamiento Lo recomendaria solo por la ubicacion del lugar
