“We stayed in a type c property with two separate self- contained bedrooms which was connected with a dual lockable door. The facilities were good although some maintenance was required on the cupboard doors. The pools were nice although the tiles were coming off and required maintenance as well.”

“Good location, reasonable value for money.”

“Older property well located in Pudu, staff are super, large rooms, great views, just getting a little dated now.”

“We arrived late at night after a long journey. Despite having submitted all required information and paid the deposit in advance, check-in was confusing, and supervisors were completely unaware of our payment. Communication was disorganized throughout most of our stay, and we struggled to reach the right contact. It only improved toward the end, once we finally connected with our main contact. The apartment looked good in photos but had maintenance issues: the bathroom was moldy, doors were...

“The place was clean with a great view. The bed was comfortable, and the responses to my inquiries were quick. It was also convenient that the bedroom and living room were separated. It was the best choice.”

“This hotel and property and its rooms are full of flies, ants and mosquitoes very noisy and terrible staff.”

“Parking x ada. Susah nk cari”
