“Hyatt resort all facility and surounding is wonderful.”

“It was a beautiful stay.”

“Worth every penny! Amazing staff, great customer experience!!”

“This precious property is located directly on the river and you can hear the waterfalls from the bedroom windows! The sweet sounds of the coquis are like lullabies after a day exploring this treasure. Will stay again.”

“This was our favorite stay while in Puerto Rico. The hosts were so helpful and kind. Any recommendations they gave did not disappoint. Not to mention their delicious home made breakfast served every morning. We were affected by the water shortage but the hosts made sure we always had gallons of water provided to help reduce any inconvenience. We cannot recommend them enough!!!”

“Beautiful tent with comfortable bed!”

“Hospitalidad”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Royal Sonesta. The beach and pool were amazing. Never had a problem finding chairs at either location. The in room dining was fantastic and the Italian restaurant was incredible. The room was simple. I would prefer a bigger balcony. The bathroom could benefit from having a double vanity. The staff are all so friendly. Bartenders, Alex, Johvan and Jaders were great. We would definitely come back.”

“I stayed for a night before heading to Vieques. The location was excellent, and I had a real blast at the waterpark that I didn't expect. I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. Besides that slight letdown, I'd love to visit again."”

“공항에서 도보로 갈 수 있는 거리에 있는 호텔”

“Apartment was in a convenient location close to everything. Room presentation was beautiful and their set up is cozy and roomy. Bathroom is also with perfect water pressure and temperatures. Definitely will be my to go place to stay on my PR trips of availability permits.”
