Upon being greeted at door upon our arrival we realized this was going to be like no other place we have stayed before in any city. “Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed. Reception and breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great too. We arrived early so no problem in finding a parking lot. Allowed to park the car at the hotel the next morning while we went to St George Market. Only negative is the distance from attractions. However, we managed well with an Uber to Titanic, plus some walking. Given the price tag in Belfast, this hotel is good value for money.”

“Very classy. You have an entire flat. It is spacious by UK standards. Kitchen is well appointed. The inside and outside are restored in fine detail - everything works and everything upscale. If we were coming for a month, the Ulsterville Residence would’ve been a great apartment from which to travel. Sound insulation between flats was outstanding - rather unique in an urban setting. Parking was readily available and very safe. Neighbors were friendly. Full marks - across the board.”

“If location is important this is not the hotel for you. We spent much of our day waiting at bus stops to get back and forth. Other than that it was fine. Nice room and it was clean. Comfortable bed too. Not happy with the coffee machine downstairs, expensive and terrible quality. Would not stay again.”

“Clean and tidy and comfortable but this is without doubt the noisest place I've ever stayed. There is supposed to be a noise curfew between 11_7 but that all goes out the window when there is nobody there to police it. Doors slamming all night partly down to the door closing system and you can hear every word spoken in the next room and when that is 3am first night and 4:30am second we were unable to have a full night sleep. Don't get me wrong it was a cheap price so my expectations were not...

You can barely see 2 feet in front of you in the hallways as the lighting is so dim and the walls are painted blk or gray.
