"Me and my friend stayed here for the weekend. The staff was insanely kind and helpful! It rained while we were in New Orleans and our room did start leaking from the ceiling. We used towels and were offered a new room. That would be the only reason I wouldn't get it 5 stars. The hotel can not control the weather but I would say they can update the rooms to not leak.
