“Liked everything except the elevated bottom of the door to adjoining room which allowed all of the conversations there to be heard as if we were right there, and visa versa we suspect. Otherwise all great.”

“When I checked out of the Hilton inn New Orleans, the staff charged me $302.08 to the wrong room number. I didn’t use anything in this hotel. It’s not professional not to check correctly the room number so cancel this charge. I received a paper receipt with the guest folio from the hotel front. Upon review, I confirmed that that charge(302.08 )was incorrect. I ask to cancel the card approval immediately with Hilton Inn New Orleans.
