“Wyndham Grand was everything we expected it to be based on reading all of the reviews and following along on social media for quite a while! It was the most perfect mid-size resort for a family with two young kids (ages 6 and 9) who need the right amount of entertainment without an overstimulating, mega resort style experience. “The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. ”

“Food from the restaurant was ok, drinks was good. I had a passion fruit smoothie. Breakfast was fresh. Staff service was good. Room was ok, tiny in size compared to other hotels. We had to call maintenance because the sink was clogged and the bathtub water pooled before it drained while you’re taking a shower. Hotel is ok for a layover but wouldn’t recommend if staying for longer than that. Positive thing, although that we were right at the airport it was not really noticeable as the rooms are...

“Staff was great. Hotel has options for coffee and restaurants. If you like pools, you’re in luck. There a multiple in the property. They seemed to be very clean. We prefer the ocean, and swam there. The way the beach is situated, you can swim not having to worry about waves…it was wavy all 5 days we were there. There’s plenty of parking near by, if needed. Room was clean; it had a balcony with a nice view.”

“I stayed for a night before heading to Vieques. The location was excellent, and I had a real blast at the waterpark that I didn't expect. I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. Besides that slight letdown, I'd love to visit again."”
