Rush Street, Downtown Chicago hotel rooms at the Loews

Great stay!

I enjoyed my stay here. I didn’t get a chance to experience breakfast or the pool, but it's nice that they're avaliable. I loved the area, very easy to walk for food and entertainment. The bed does need replacing as it makes a squeaking noise when you sit on it and the mattress wasn't that comfortable. Even with that, I would stay here again.

Beautiful views and great staff to accommodate any needs

The hotel was great. I was placed in a room. Where constructoon was going on outside. I had planned to sleep in, but at 715 the sound of a jack hanmer woke me up.

Great location

Forever one of my favorite hotels and one of my two favorite Courtyard properties I've ever stayed at! This is the 3rd year in a row we've stayed here when coming to Chicago and it never disappoints. It feels like a high-end hotel for an affordable price (considering where it is)! The staff is great super helpful, rooms are so clean and overall just is one of the nicest places! Highly recommend if you're looking for a spot in Chicago!

Great location, clean room and friendly staff!

This lovely hotel is nestled in a neighborhood that is quiet and very upscale. There are several restaurants in the area as well as a bar and restaurant (serving limited light fare) in the hotel lobby. For our purposes, it was located and very walkable. Our room was spacious and very well appointed. We stayed in a deluxe king room that offered a sitting area as well as a sleeping area. Clean room, quiet, friendly staff

Three day trip to Chicago. The hotel was a great central location in downtown and a 10 to 15 minute walk to most sites, Navy Pier, River walk, Michigan Avenue, all the great pizza places. The hotel was smaller compared to most which we loved. Room was updated, bathroom very nice and king sized bed very comfortable. We used the blue line to get to and from O’Hare via Clark station (a 12 minute walk from hotel.). We used the red line via Chicago station (10 min walk from hotel) to go see a Cubs...

This hotel met our expectations. All the city attractions were within a walkable distance. The staff at breakfast was amazing! Shout out to Javier who was so welcoming and friendly :)

We chose this hotel last minute and we were nervous because there were a couple recent negative reviews. There were 4 of us in our family and couldn't find anything negative to say about the hotel. The only disappointing fact was that the rooftop bar was not open but that wasn't a big deal. Everything was very clean. Very pleased would recommend to anyone planning a visit in downtown and looking for a place too stay at a reasonable price love the fact parking is available on site for 39 tax might be a little pricey but it’s way cheaper than most places in down town I payed a total of about $150 including the parking for the night the only thing I did not like was that you can’t control the central air settings it’s controlled by the staff so I had too call a few time about it being cold so they decided too...

Great value

I was traveling with two 14 year olds on a business/vacation trip and we stayed here for five days. The location is great. I wanted a hotel that was convenient to the major attractions and downtown, and safe for the boys to walk around on their own. We were able to walk to Navy Pier, Millennium Park, the Loop, and the Hancock Building. It's a good 20-25 minute walk to Navy Pier, but you walk along Lakeshore Drive and it's very enjoyable. Very nice place to stay. We had trouble shutting a faucet off and called the desk. Someone arrived within 2 minutes and solved the issue. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. My only complaint is with the parking. I wish I had had clearer information. We self parked but the garage was located further away than I found acceptable. Also we were charged more than stated to park because again it wasn't clear that I needed to put the parking charge on my hotel bill to get the hotel rate....

Nice hotel, fair warning they take a $225 security deposit on top of the total for the room. This was not mentioned anywhere on the properties page and Expedia needs to add this detail.

The Drake is an awesome place to stay downtown. Right next to the water (where you can rent bikes and go for a ride along the beach) and next to all shopping and food districts. Perfect stay.
