"Some things to consider: Bed cubicles are cozy and private. Building is quiet. Only one bathroom (one shower, one toilet, two sinks) for men. Double that for women, as they are allowed to use the "men" bathroom also. Staff did not speak much English. About 15 minutes walk to Hakata, the closest subway/train station. Payment at the hostel is cash only. Check in required before 8 pm without previous arrangement for late arrival."

"The hostel was in a convenient spot for our time in fukuoka. Check-in and checkout were super easy. My only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable. In general, all of our stays in japan had firmer beda but this bed made it hard to get good sleep. Overall would recommend for location and price but wish the beds were better"

"The space is pretty small for 6-people room, way more smaller. It is like the smaller version of college dormitory. But it's sufficient if you're not in a hurry. Plus, its location is very close to Tenjin station. And considering the price, it's decent enough. The owner/staff (I've only seen one, not sure) of the hotel is responsive and nice. I visited Fukuoaka during the corona virus outbreak, and as a person with Asian/Chinese descent I feel like the check-in staff were extremely unfriendly to me. The room is fully equipped with everything you would need and very suitable for a group travel. Self check in was easy.
