솔즈베리, 잉글랜드의 웨딩 호텔

“This is one of the worst places we ever stayed. We stayed there for a night. Room and bathroom are very dirty with full of dust. Poorly maintained. I cleaned spider web on the bathroom counter. Bathroom flush doesn't work properly. Water pressure is good but keeps switching between hot and cold. Makes it difficult to use. Towels are not good. Lint from towels sticked to body. Thin pillow per person were provided. They don't have an extra pillow. This hotel is not at all worth the price....

“Our long lasting impression will be the excellent attentive, helpful and friendliness of all the staff we encountered. Also, the hotel location was perfectly placed next to the beautiful river Avon and with easy walking distance to the centre of Salisbury.”

“They didn’t tell us they didn’t have any room on the ground floor day one when I had booked the hotel and requested a ground floor room for our disabled friend. But when the day came, they sent an email and said they haven’t had any room in the round floor and they were going to prepare one for us with on top £40. Even thought they finally didn’t charge for it and we decided to have a room on the first floor instead. However, their way of managing the case was weird. They should not do it this...
