"Understaffed and unprepared for arriving guest. Tried to check in early at 3:50. Was told by front desk that check in was not until 4 and to come back after 4. Came back at 4:05, and was told the room well be ready in 15 minutes. Came back at 4:35, and the room was still not ready, was told to wait a few more minutes. At 5 I was getting tired of the run around. Finally got our room at 5:10 with no apologie or comp for our time. Could have paid less somewhere else for that kind of service. Never staying at the Marriott again. "

"A gem of a hotel in a great area, close to shops and tons of restaurants. Super friendly staff. Really clean and they have done a great job on the remodel. I wish I had time to use the lovely pool. Safe and free secure parking. Quiet. "

Oh and did I mention the black mold growing in the shower and the chipped furniture? Do not stay here. Thank you Expedia for expediting the refund. "

"The location is great; close to two excellent malls, along with restaurants and small businesses within walking distance. The hotel was extremely clean (and smelked great), and staff was friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room. Only knock was the cost to park a vehicle. I had called pre-stay and someone told me it was $22 per night; when I checked in, the cost was $48 per night. It caused me to cancel my rental car and use ride share transportation instead."
