“Not terrible but for the price i expected better. First night i got there they didn’t have a balcony room like we booked, but the next day they did move me. Very busy place but it was nice the hotel itself!”

“The hotel definitely has a lot of charm and character, and the property itself is very cute and unique. However, the soundproofing was a major issue — I could clearly hear conversations and even someone talking on the phone in another room. The amenities also felt worn out, with cheap towels and areas that could really use upgrades and refreshing. Overall, it has potential and charm, but in my opinion it does not meet the standard of a true 4-star hotel.”

“The full breakfast and afternoon happy hour made our stay here truly wonderful. (Wayne in particular was a stand out during happy hour!) A memorable visit to Savannah and The Marshall House was a big part of the reason why we enjoyed it so much. We had a balcony room and it was a unique experience to climb out and rock on those chairs overlooking Broughton Street. Can’t wait to go back!”

“I honestly would give this stay a negative zero if I could. From the moment we arrived, it was a terrible experience. The first room they gave us was clearly not cleaned — the bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it, and the covers were dragged all across the floor. The second room wasn’t much better. There were roaches, broken dresser drawers that constantly slid open on their own, and raid powder sitting in the corners, which tells me this is an ongoing issue they’re clearly aware...
