โWhat stunning hotel, we had a junior suite, and it was such a great space. Plenty of room for starters. Tones of natural light, with a fantastic view of the Millennium and Tyne Bridge.
Pure comfort and luxury, if we didnโt have plans I would have chilled in the room more, thatโs how nice the room was. โ
โWe enjoyed our stay at your hotel a little. lot better than the previous visits as we had no water on the first visit and could not use the water on the second as it was boiling hot to the touchโ
โComing from Australia a castle is a story book locale. To walk on Genuine flagstones was a real treat. The North is much more hospitable than London. I will be back. โ
โThe rooms were exceptionally cleaned and well maintained. Staff were friendly. They have an iron and ironing board which is always a bonus. Would highly recommend and will use again. โ
โOne of the better hotels in Newcastle in my opinion. Excellent service from Fiona on reception & from the restaurant manager, sorry didnโt get his name lovely spacious room & bathroom. Really comfy bed. Good Aircon Breakfast is great Thereโs also a pool & spa if you want to use them โ
โHotel swimming pool was awful. Dirty shower location and also pool condition. Also pool guide lady was no sense of service.
Hotel can't get 4 star grade. Very old and also breakfast was unexpectable why I pay that money.โ
