“ I'm disappointed with our recent hotel experience. We booked a relaxing birthday trip for my wife, but the hotel was crowded with unmanaged children and noisy guests. The pool was unmonitored, and my wife was injured by a ball. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't manage the crowd effectively. Large flat screen tv, good bathroom / shower, really comfortable bed and pillows - a couple of negatives were no aircon or safe.
