"Old world charm with modern amenities like private baths and a lovely breakfast included. It was the perfect send off having coffee on the Grand Canal. Staff was friendly and polite. I did ask about airport transfer and was only given two pricy options, I would also have appreciated something along the lines of "...also the bus station is a less than 10 minute walk with an express bus." That is my only ding...but I get it and it's more a buyer beware comment. I was there one night and I really loved the space and Venice!"

Being just a five-minute walk from the water taxi station made our arrival even better, we were thrilled to discover that there are many, many dining options right on its doorstep, ranging from charming local trattorias to upscale restaurants, ensuring we were never short of a fantastic meal. We booked a Grand Canal View room #303 and the views from our balcony were breathtaking. Waking up to the serene waters and the iconic Venetian architecture was a dream come true. The room itself was a haven of comfort and the bed was incredibly comfortable! What truly elevates H10 Palazzo is its exceptional service. Every single team member, from the helpful concierges to the attentive bar staff, went above.The rooftop bar, offered spectacular panoramic views, and was the perfect spot to unwind. In essence, H10 Palazzo isn't just a place to stay; it's a destination that perfectly combines an unbeatable location, luxurious comfort, and genuinely outstanding service. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and are already planning our return."
