“We booked many months ago for 8 people. As we landed into wales we received a call saying the apartment was double booked. After much distress and negotiation we managed to get in the property. There were only 5 knives and forks, no utensils. Few glasses and not well equiped at all. Two beds had collapsed bases which couldn't be used, the sofa bed was single and in very poor condition. We had no wifi or TV connection. The fittings were very poor and a very dirty place. On the whole it was not...

“DO NOT STAY HERE. It is not in a safe neighborhood. As you open the first door you can hear the noise from the other “apartments”. The apartment is in the second floor. NO LIFTS available. The stairs are steep and not wide enough to bring up any large suitcases. The description of the property does not mention any stairs. The rooms are TINY and the “apartment” smells like mold. No laundry washer/dryer IN the apartment. The original payment does not include the 45 POUNDS you have to pay for...
