"The room was quite large and the beds were comfortable. We stayed for just one night, incredible location and reasonable price given how close you are to the London eye, parliament and Westminster Abbey. Check in was not seamless as we had booked with Expedia. However, staff quickly assisted. Appreciated free luggage storage as well. "

"The place is super clean, smells amazing, and so helpful. Right when we came in, they took our bags for us to be able to checkin, when we checked out they brought our bags to the car and waited for the car with us. They were super friendly."

"We were told we could have a nice upgrade for $200 with a nice view. Our room had a view of the train and nothing else. It was very disappointing and we felt swindled. I would not stay at your hotel again. The staff were not overly pleasant either. "
