“We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...

“there is a light on the ceiling whereas many hotels in usa stick with the old traditional interior not having a light on ceiling. so It was a definitely plus . ”

“깨끗하고 서비스 좋아요. 다만 주변이 다소 시끄러운게 단점. 그래도 직원도 친절하고 호텔 식당 및 주변 식당들이 맛있어서 좋았어요.”

“It’s a nice motel with Route 66 ambiance. Liked the bar with the live music. Close to the center and beautiful botanical gardens. Thumbs up.”

“Someone pulled the fire alarm which made the elevators not accessible. I traveled with my 71 yr old dad, who had a hard time walking up to the third floor, where they stuck us. He almost fell backwards going up the stairs. Good thing I caught him. If he would have fallen it could have ended his life due to blood thinners. They should have double beds on the first floor for this reason”

“Very good for family stay”
