“Room 101 - The bathroom was not clean at all - needed a good bleach - clean around the bath , taps, sink. Came back to the room and there was a terrible smell - called the maintenance and it was the backflow from the bath !!!!! Was a bit better after being cleaned but was not up to a standard expected!! Would not stay again in that condition!! The Hotel is in a great location for shopping etc!! The staff were very friendly and helpful - nothing ws too much trouble!!”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sitting on the patio in the back garden was very relaxing. It’s a quiet place to relax and unwind especially if on the go like we were for the days previous to our stay. Tenby doesn’t have uber and getting a taxi isn’t the easiest as services are limited and need to be booked ahead of time. Make sure you arrange transportation if coming in on the train, as the Inn is about a 20-25 min walk (quite a bit uphill). The walk to town is much easier and faster...
