"Usually a great stay (we have stayed here multiple times), except this time when we asked for more pillows, they said they weren’t allowed to give out extra pillows to guests. Also, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable for all of the people in our group (which is why we wanted the extra pillows). The hot tub was also closed down for repairs while we were there and the pool was floating with lots of debris. Will still stay here again because we’ve had so many other great stays, but this time wasn’t quite as good. "

"Great place, just be sure to pick an actual Mountain View, only half the rooms have legit views. Felt like staying at Disney’s Grand Califonian in a lot of ways."

"The property took all of my requests into consideration and placed me in a room where I felt extremely safe as a solo female traveler. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast options were great!"

"The only downside is that the property is really loud. It seems like people were opening and closing doors all night long. Thank goodness I was only there one night. Didn't get much sleep. I would stay here again if I had to. "

"Wonderful stay! My Friends from Holland were staying at the campground. I got a cabin for the night. Great stay. AC was perfect. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Check in was great! THANK YOU for a Fantastic experience!!"

"The c room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Getting and off thr freeway is very easy and just outsude the hotel. No 5 stars for condition. The bathroom fan didn't worj so the steam for future customers was causing the paint ti peel. I woukd definitely stay here again in the future. "
