Staff is super helpful. The hotel is not fancy or modern but it all works great for a ski trip. Shuttles to and from the train station and the slopes, rental shop for clothes and skis on site. Plus a great onsen as well. The breakfast was really good. While there is no onsite restaurant for dinner, there is a really good and super affordable restaurant less than 5 minutes from the hotel. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

This place was absolutely wonderful! My first time experiencing an onsen and it was amazing. The shuttle pick up and drop off from the train station was great. The welcoming staff at check in/check out. The room I selected was AMAZING!! So serene and quiet. I got the private bath with my room, and boy was it relaxing. This resort was significant to how amazing our snowboarding vacation turned out. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious! It’s true they don’t change items but there were so many choices that it really wasn’t necessary. We looked forward to breakfast and dinners there the entire 4 night stay.
