“Decent but small single room EXCEPT the kitchen vent. All was fine until 7am when it started up like an aero engine and then that wasn't great (that's English for a bit grim). Ensuite is for skinny people only. Very 1980's suite and tiny washbasin squeezed in ext to the shower enclosure. Fan broken so it was quickly like Viet Nam in monsoon conditions in there.”

We discovered the town of Marlow was a lovely spot to explore along the River Thames, which was an added bonus. Room was clean and comfortable, and we slept well after our long journey. Excellent breakfast, so many delicious options and fried eggs cooked to order. Highly recommend!”

“We stayed one night in a 4th floor room in the Hepburn annexe. The room was tidy but by no means immaculate, having a few marks of wear and tear here and there. It was also uncomfortably warm, not benefiting from any air conditioning although a desk fan was provided. As it was a top floor room it possibly suffered worse from the suns rays on the buildings flat roof. It has been an exceptionally warm summer in the UK at over 30 degrees C for several days.
