“Welcome was good, friendly and informative. Room was pleasant, clean and well situated with à separate entrance to Restaurant. Meals taken were good with excellent selection for breakfast. We were aware of entertainment in the Bar, which was excellent both nights. Note: entertainment is not availble in their Bar every night but there is entertainment somewhere in Rostrevor each night.”

“It was our 3rd 5 day annual visit since marine and lawn took over. We have always moaned about the lack of drawer space in our room, but this time, things seemed to have slipped a bit further. The room wasn’t serviced till after 4pm, the breakfast buffet was cold every day, the spa and pool was closed for a whole day without warning. There was daytime drilling noise for 2 days. While the staff are wonderful, all they do is say sorry. They don’t seem to have any authority to smooth complaints...
