"As a solo traveler the hotel stay was great, not too far from downtown Shinjuku (15 min walk) and the area around was nice and peaceful. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores located at the bottom floor so I never had to go far, 7-11 around the corner and the hotel breakfast options were ..."

"My first room smelled like a urine and when I complain they sent a housekeeping manager….he told me to turn on the air conditioner???then he asked me if there is anything he can do??I told him change my room.I will never stay at this location."
