“Nice, secluded guest room, plenty of space, the bedroom is a loft, so some stair climbing is required. The staff was friendly, kept the room clean and well stocked.”

“Oof. This is a mediocre stay at best. I had high hopes going in. However, the room is incredibly tight and small. The balcony has no chair, the bathroom is shared, and there are an insane amount of mosquitoes in the room at all times. Not to mention, the walls were covered in dead mosquitoes that were previously killed…. I was there for two nights and left with 10+ bites. There’s a market right next door and it’s relatively close to all major Florence sight seeing attractions. If you’re try to...

“In January, we were able to take a rest very comfortably for 3 nights and 4 days in Florence. The tram station was very close to the hotel and it was very convenient to take the tram to the city around the Florence Cathedral and go to the bus tour site early in the morning. Also, there was no problem when returning to the hotel late at night by the tram. Above all, the room was very clean and very comfortable with the spacious bathroom and bathtub, and the courtyard seen from the second floor...

“it was difficult to find and staff was terrible.”
