The staff and the facilities. Condominium dirty when we arrive. Sheets not changed bed unmade stained comforter on the bed, dirty towels in the bathroom, no shower towel to bathe with. No toilet paper. Hot water heater leaked down the hall. No English speaking staff to help. We had no hot water to shower for 6 of the nine days we were there. Nieghbor played loud music from 7 am to midnight. Mostly the completely unhelpful staff was the most disappointing.
